Cultural heritage of Iran and Serbia

The Historical Museum of Serbia, the Cultural Center of the Embassy of the Republic of Iran and the Serbian Society of Friends of Iran have prepared a magnificent exhibition on the eve of the International Museum Day.
Cultural heritage includes a diverse and extensive collection of architecture, historical works and archaeological sites, handicrafts, customs, traditions, rituals, as well as works of prose and poetry, and arts such as calligraphy, illustration and miniatures. Iran and Serbia, as countries rich in history, civilizational achievements and culture, represent a precious treasure of humanity, which is expressed, among other things, through the art of miniature and painting.
As part of the accompanying program of the exhibition, the prominent Iranian artist Fazlolah Afshar will hold painting workshops every day from 16:00 to 18:00, where visitors will be able to learn about his work and creativity.
The curator of the exhibition is Prof. Dr. Oliver Tomic.
