Although the world is changing at an incredible speed, in the recent paintings of the Belgrade painter Maja Majolinica, it is stopped by the warmth and sensibility of the visual sensations that the artist experienced one summer in Istria and sublimated in a series of oil paintings. They are actually now an ode to the joy of living in genre scenes like a rustic "Istarian" hotel and with characters from the beginning of the 20th century.
